Terms

These terms cover the website at https://rwnorthpole.com and the private tool I use to run my own social accounts.

The website

The site is provided as is, for information. You may link to it freely. The text and design are © RWNorthPole. Game footage, artwork, logos and names shown in the reels and on this site belong to their publishers and developers and appear for commentary and review. If you hold rights to something shown here and want it changed or removed, write to contact@rwnorthpole.com.

The numbers on the site (views, reels, followers) come from the platforms' own analytics at the date shown and may be delayed or incomplete. Nothing on the site is an offer of coverage; see the studios & PR section on the home page for how pitches are handled.

My tools

The channel's accounts are run with a private tool for my own use only; the terms the platforms require for it are on the tools page.

No warranty

The site and the tool are provided as is, without warranties of any kind.

Privacy

How data is handled is described on the privacy page.
